Appointments take priority but walk-ins welcome when time allows. To book for piercing you can either book online on a link from our website or social media pages or by calling (413)584-MODS(6637) You also must call to book for tattoos. Go to the website to see our artists portfolios as well as their emails where you can discuss design ideas & ask them how much time you would need to book when calling to schedule. Body jewelry purchases can be done either online at Haven Body Jewelry .com or as a walk-in during shop hours, though if you would need us to help you change your jewelry you would most likely need to book an appointment, because we tend to book out, but will try to fit you in if we can… but without an appointment, no promises!
