Professional Body Piercing by APP Members. We are located in the Cave Spring area of Roanoke, VA. You can find us in the beautiful Shoppes at West Village just a mile up the road from Tanglewood Mall. We operate on a walk-in basis and are open every day of the week from 11am-8pm. We offer kids ear piercing for ages 5 and up. All piercings are done with single-use needles, never a piercing gun!
